LETTER TO BANK CUSTOMER

Dear Sir,

We regret the failure to settle your account by 31st July, as it has left us with no alternative but to demand immediate payment. In the event of not remitting the amount within the next five days, we shall be obliged to hand over the matter to our solicitors with instructions to take the necessary steps to recover amount.

We trust you will not compel us to take such unpleasant step.
