Complaint letter- delay in delivery :
We are sorry to remind you that in your letter of 2nd October you assured us that our order would be executed within one week. We have not yet received the goods, nor have we received any advice from you that they have been dispatched.
We have a constant demand for the material and we would like to hear from you that the goods will be forwarded without any further delay. If you fail to do so, consider this order as cancelled and issue me a full refund immediately.
